Most of our products are shipped within 1- 7 business days plus transit times  Personalized products will take longer. Because of the handmade uniqueness of some of our products, they make take longer. On these products you will be notified of extended shipping times.

Many of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you order different products you may receive multiple shipments.

Shipping & Handling
All prices INCLUDE shipping and handling!!

All of our prices
include free shipping and handling to the contiguous U.S.
Shipments to other areas including (Alaska, Hawaii, APO, and Puerto Rico) will automatically billed for the extra shipping charges.

Incorrect Address / Address corrections may result in a $9.50 charge per package

Returns & Exchanges
Here at Best of New England we are proud of all our products. If for any reason you are unhappy, we want to know. We will do whatever we can to make it right. Please e-mail us or call with your concerns. You will receive personalized customer care. Damaged products must be reported within (10) business days of receipt. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt for a refund  less actual shipping charges. Orders over $170.00 maybe subject to a 20% restocking or cancellation fee.
Braided rugs are subject to a 15% restocking charge for standards sizes. Custom sizes can not be returned. Victorian lamps are made to order an are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Bates bedspreads are not subject to a restocking fee (custom sizes are not returnable). 

Made to order / Custom / Personalized items that are defective will be repaired or replaced by Best of New England. 

Returns after 15 days will result in a store credit. No refunds, store credit or exchanges after 30 days.
Items purchased from November 1st through Christmas maybe returned until Jan10th

Returns must be in new and resalable condition, Otherwise we cannot issue any sort of credit. 
Exchanges will be honored but will be subject to extra shipping charges.
Personalized and Special Order items are not returnable

Please contact us for return authorization and instructions on where to return product.
No returns will be accepted without prior contact. 
Any unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Any order "refused" or sent back "return to sender" will be issu
ed a
full refund  less actual shipping charges (cost to ship and the cost to return)

.Damaged Shipments and Missing Items
Unfortunately, damages to products can happen during transit and delivery. With any package delivery from UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service it is your responsibility to notify the delivery driver of any obvious damage to the package or merchandise. The package(s) must be inspected upon of receipt of delivery for any concealed damages. If any damages to the product(s) are discovered you must notified us within 3 business days of receipt of delivery.
